Chef Kevin Nashan heads to Chicago on August 27th to cook with Gerard Craft, Paul Virant, and Pat Sheerin at his Trenchermen restaurant in Chicago.
The dinner was featured in Chicago Magazine as one of the “six food events to do in Chicago this week.”
Tuesday, 8/27: Trenchermen (2039 W. North Ave., 773-661-1540) invites Perennial Artisan Ales to town for its special St. Louis + Chicago dinner. Both cities will be represented with food fromGerard Craft and Kevin Nashan of St. Louis, and Chicago’s own Paul Virant. Tickets for the five-course beer-pairing feast are $100 per person.
